Project Overview
Since 2019, Technique Roofing has completed over 200,000 square feet of high-performance roofing across the North Canton City School District. This multi-phase engagement includes several successful installations using 50 mil Duro-Last membrane systems, designed to deliver long-term durability and energy efficiency.
After an initial referral and a project we didn’t secure, we reconnected with the district—and have proudly served as their preferred roofing partner since 2022. Our work has continued year after year, helping protect North Canton’s school buildings while minimizing disruption to staff and students.
Scope of Work
- 50 mil Duro-Last PVC Membrane Systems
Installed across multiple school buildings with complete system integration and 20-year NDL warranty.
- Roof Replacement in Winter Conditions
One 30,000 sq. ft. section was replaced over a tight two-week winter break to avoid disrupting students and to prevent further moisture intrusion into aging insulation.
- Roof Equipment Decommissioning
During several phases, we removed outdated rooftop equipment no longer in use, reducing long-term liability and improving efficiency.
- On-Site Safety & Coordination
We implemented interior barricades and site control protocols to ensure safety while working above active school areas.
